Overcoming Challenges & Controversy

January 16, 2017 @ 7:06 pm

Overcoming challenges and controversy, is a great subject that probably doesn't get visited often enough. Some people approach them with great flair and yet others are totally blindsided by them.  I think that sometimes it's not as much about the challenge or controversy as it is about what or who caused it.  This episode is all about Your people, or as I like to refer to it..."your tribe."  Recognize who your people are and who they aren't and you just might be able to stop some challenges and controversy in their tracks, before they get a foot hold.

Shifting Gears

June 27, 2016 @ 9:01 pm

Life's about knowing when to coast, up-shift or down-shift.  Learning how to channel change can be extremely beneficial, if you accept change in a positive way.  Good things do arise from awkward situations, as a matter of fact they can even make an "Ugh you've got to be kidding me moment" into a "Yes, this just might turn out better than I anticipated."

Converting Grief — To Good Grief

May 6, 2016 @ 7:29 pm

Mother's Day is a good time to honor all of the beautiful and talented mother's who have passed on.  While grief is a natural response to loss, in time it can be a spring board to good-grief.  That's what this podcast is about, processing grief and utilizing gifts to help others who may be going through their own grief, with no one to turn to.

I recorded this podcast today in the beauty of the outdoors at a park surrounded by singing birds, happy dogs, and a good gust of spring wind, so if you hear a bit of rustling and a pause here and there, I was probably interrupted by God's creation.  I hope you find purpose and a glimmer hope in this podcast.

The Gentle Spirit

March 29, 2015 @ 7:08 pm

Those who exhibit the qualities of a gentle spirit tend to emit joy, happiness, contentment, light, passion and purpose.  When people are inspired by a gentle spirit, they are drawn to emulate that person because it makes them feel good about themselves as well as others. This episode is about using the gifts and talents that one has to foster good works if and whenever possible.
